License and activation

Reading the status
Section titled “Reading the status”The top of the admin console always shows a status dot and text:
- Green dot, “License valid until {date} | Client: {code}” - normal.
{code}is the client code RLV Scribe was assigned when it registered. - Red dot, “License expired” - the license has lapsed. A banner also appears, and every Qlik app using this installation stops being able to write back until it’s resolved.
- If you see License expired, contact
office@relevance.roto renew. - Once they confirm the renewal, come back to the admin console and select Retry on the banner. RLV Scribe re-checks your license immediately, rather than waiting for its own daily automatic check.
